Captured

Here is Colin Morgan as Leo Elster from the series Humans. Leo is the son of David Elster, a part-synth fugitive believed by the rest of the world to have died in a car accident; he was in a fatal accident as a child and his father developed synth components to cope with the damage to his brain  and his synthetic human. Leo and his synthetic family have been captured by Professor Hobb, who is intent on discovering how Leo and his family have consciousness, even if it means destroying them to find the secret.

I've been wanting for some time to try using dry pastels on black pastel paper; this is my first try. I used some ancient soft pastels I inherited from my mother, and some Stabilo pastel pencils I picked up at the art store. Also white charcoal.
